Summary

Manethryn is a developer of regenerative medical technology. In particular, our applications enable Capillary Function. Capillary Function is the gateway to a regenerative medical market totaling $500 billion annually. The current lack of Capillary Function prevents the regeneration of organs such as livers and kidneys, limiting best practices to tissues such as bone, tendon, and bladder grafts. Regenerative medicine’s inability to overcome this Capillary Barrier is the reason for the stagnant regenerative market. Manethryn has developed a proprietary process for achieving Capillary Function that may be licensed to regenerative platform developers. With Manethryn’s processes, developers will implement treatments that enable organ regeneration. If successful, Manethryn would be the source of all organ regeneration and the gatekeeper of the regenerative market in general. With the market awaiting the developer of a viable process for Capillary Function, Manethryn’s technology is the gateway to both the expansion and consolidation of the regenerative market.

Description (Web site quote)

Manethryn's product is a novel process that enables capillary function. While conventional research attempts merely to restore capillary pathways, Manethryn's approach lowers capillary dependence on the cellular level. This offers life to progenitor cells during organ regeneration. In particular, Manethryn's process lowers a cell's dependence on metabolic fuels supplied by capillaries. As a result, much lower levels of capillary exposure sustain these metabolically enhanced cells.
The core advantage of this metabolic enhancement is the ability to increase cellular-population density (or Cellular Density), the number of cells within an organ. This number is currently controlled (in large part) by the cell's degree of capillary exposure. Manethryn's technology liberates Cellular Density from the constraints of capillary exposure. Heightened cellular population density means there are more cells to perform the exercise and healing functions of an organ. This results in heightened cellular performance through stronger, smaller, more resilient tissues. Benefits include less invasive surgery, faster recovery, and decreased medical costs. This process also eliminates the risk of organ rejection through the use of the patient's own cells. Furthermore, Manethryn's augmentation techniques will provide for increased quality and efficiency in all cell-based manufacturing.
